| Hi Mike: Thanks for the shout-out! Much appreciated. I read the triathlon-on-3-days-training piece with interest. I’m glad the writer crossed the finish line, but I admit that I was a tad disappointed to find no mention of hurling or loss of bodily function. I just returned from a 6-day bike trip in Italy. Two hundred miles of super-hilly terrain on NO bicycle-training whatsoever. I’ve started blogging about it but I refuse to post any photos of me hunched over my bike in pain. |

They did not exist as long as the ones in Meso America, but they were not absent...you sound as if SubSahara Africa was pre-colonial Australia...hardly.Yeah, and they even invented the steam engine, the cannon and the atomic bomb. They was very inventive in sub-Saharan Africa. |

| Thanks for the review. I have the 201 garmin thats way to bulky and big for my wrists. It gets awful signal and dosent always work.I was looking to upgrade to the 405. I’m a runner mostly (bike only on occasion) and never swim. I live in the country of southern michigan and have a fair amount of trees around me.Which one do you reccommend? I very much appreciate this review and cant wait to hear your suggestion. Thanks!-nicole |

| My 5 watt solar panel car battery charger manual states that charge controller is not necessary for panels under 15 watts. I’m trying to understand the physics of why that’s the case. Even if my panel is only putting out say 15 volts at 350mA couldn’t it eventually overcharge a battery? What if the 5 watt solar panel were connected to a smaller battery, like a 7amp 12v, could it overcharge that battery? BTW, it has a diode to keep the battery voltage from discharging into the solar panel. |

Otherwise, I presume you are just trying an ad hominem.The article documented attempts to get comments from the physicians. They could have used that to disclose what they were really consulting about, but all failed to respond or declined to comment on that issue. |
