| Almost every day on the news here in Canada we see shots of the arctic and talk about what moves are being taken to assure our "soveriegnity" over the new trade route opening up.Lokking on the bright side, I guess...Trouble with global warming is where to actually pull this Salinger? No, better off to just keep at it where you are (though I've sure had the same thoughts about bowing out recently myself). |

| I feel kinda bad for Chiharu as well. She probably never wanted any of this. And must’ve been confused, pissed off and sad at the same time in those last moments.And I’m guessing Aoyama deep down would rather have had Tanishi as a friend than an enemy as well. None of these characters came out of this as well as they would’ve hoped. Especially Tanishi. |

| make files and ant files can get kind of complicated. I’ve worked on projects where I almost went nuts trying to figure out how the ant file was doing something (this was a situation where the file included files that included other files and so on). Though something like that might not be unavoidable in large projects.Right now I’m thinking I’ll only use C# for Windows GUI apps, though that may change later down the line.As a side note, header files annoy me. I’m glad to see that C# doesn’t have them. |

| CSC is ruthless in trying to steal work (billing hours) from other contractors. They asked me to train one of their employees to do a Lotus Notes task, then told me that it wouldn’t be necessary for me to do that task any more because they have an employee who can do that task. Yeah, after I trained the person. |
